Return/Exchange Policy:
Defective items are to be returned to the manufacturer (Authenex) within 30 days of the invoice date. All other items purchased
at AuthWorks.com may be returned to AuthWorks.com within 30
days of delivery for a full refund, pursuant to the terms below:
- License return policy: License codes may be returned
only if unused. Once a code has been registered to a device,
it may not be returned, no exceptions.
- RMA: Please ensure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number by calling (800) 886-5369 or by contacting our
sales team at
sales@AuthWorks.com before returning your product. NO
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping charges
on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake.
If the return is a result of our mistake we will reimburse you
for the least expensive shipping method. Please securely
pack items and insure all return shipments. We will not be responsible
for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges will not be
refunded on returned items unless the return is a result of
our mistake.
- Incomplete Returns: A refund will not be issued for
incomplete returns. All items returned must be 100 percent complete.
They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials,
have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain
all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and
documentation provided by the manufacturer. You must also
return any promotional/free items you may have received along
with your device(s) (exclusion of such items from your return
will result in a decrease of the refund amount).
- Open Box Returns: All returned items that have been opened
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions.
- Note: A 6% tax will apply to all orders shipped to
Canada.

Price Match Policy:
For all Authenex branded items sold on our website, we will
meet or beat any lower price found on a competitor’s website.
The price must be viewable on the competitor’s website. The item
must be in stock for the competitor. Any promotions or free
items bundled with the price-matched item will not be matched.
If we offer a promotional or free item with our product, it will
no longer be included if the product is price-matched. In addition,
if an item is price-matched, the competitor’s shipping rates must
also be matched. Price Matching is only available at the time of purchase
and with competitor's that are authorized partners of the manufacturer.

Promotions:
Promotional items include any free items/gifts you receive with
your order. Promotional items are only available on certain
items, where stated. Promotions may be changed or revoked
at any time. Promotional items may be shipped separately from your
order via a different carrier and/or different service. Promotional

Pricing Errors:
We are not responsible for pricing error on our website. If an
order is placed and an item in the order is deemed to have been
incorrectly priced, the buyer will be contacted for a price update
